The Oregon Heritage Commission's deadline for applications for the 2007-09 Oregon Museums Grants is fast approaching. Applications must be postmarked by Dec. 15 in order to be considered for funding. Qualified museums are eligible to seek efforts for funds to assist with heritage tourism, heritage preservation, and heritage education and interpretation.

In 2006, 30 museums were awarded Oregon Museum Grants.
