In an effort to increase its focus on sustainability and environmental consciousness Timberline Lodge is partnering with Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) to power the new Jeff Flood Express chairlift with renewable energy sources like wind power. Timberline has purchased renewable energy credits to offset the annual load of the lift.

Timberline will also offer Bonneville Environmental Foundation SkiGreen Tags for $2 to individual customers who wish to offset their drive to and from the mountain.
