Participate in Project 2059's "Activate Oregon" youth initiative happening August 6-8 at Willamette University in Salem.
Fifty to sixty Oregon teens from across the state are being selected now to attend this fully hosted youth council at the state capitol and participate in media literacy and leadership workshops with notable representatives from Oregon's education, economic, and environmental industries.

To take part in this once-in-a-lifetime, free event, interested high school students have until July 22 to submit their vision statement for Oregon on Project 2059's social network site.
Students and parents can also call the toll-free Project 2059 hotline for more information: 1.877.355.6905.
If you're a high school student (from incoming freshmen to outgoing seniors) who wants to Activate Oregon, sign-up today and join the collective youth voice in shaping Oregon's next 50 years.
If you know any Oregon high school students looking to better their community from the ground up, send their contact information to project2059@oregon150.org.
