The Oregon Economic & Community Development Department (OECDD) will be offering a new round of grants and training opportunities to assist Oregon Small Businesses in accessing federal funding opportunities.
The grants strive to increase Oregon's competitiveness in capturing Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) grants. The two federal grant programs provide funding to small businesses for research and development of new technologies.

OECDD will also be co-sponsoring SBIR/STTR training workshops with the Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition. The workshops will be held March 25-27 in Portland.
