The enhanced Scenic Byways section of TravelOregon.com was launched in an effort to support the current KGW campaign and in the interim prior to the launch of a more compelling microsite to support Oregon 150 next spring.

Bounty Cocktail Contest
A key initiative of Oregon Bounty is to highlight the state's many unique products and artisan producers. In 2007, a central focus of Oregon Bounty was craft brewing. In 2008, Oregon's growing artisan distilled spirits industry joined wineries, breweries, restaurants, lodging and events as a focal point of Oregon Bounty.
The "Design an Oregon Bounty Cocktail" contest kicked off on Monday, July 28, and will run through August 22, inspiring consumers to design a drink that represents their favorite part of the state, using Oregon's artisan distilled spirits and local products.

365 Campaign Live Again
Our summer extension of the 365 campaign launched July 7 on OregonLive.com, SeattleTimes.com, SFGate.com, Spokesman Review and Trip Advisor.
This effort to encourage and inspire both Oregonians and out-of-state visitors living within a drive radius from Oregon to consider destinations in the state will now include a more retail oriented call to action "Start scheming a little summer trip" that will lead folks to the 365 landing page and also to regional packages.
