In Search Of Input From CVB's -- December 15 Deadline

For an article in a large industry trade magazine, Roland Leiser seeks input from CVB's that normally compete with each other but occasionally become partners on promotions or marketing of special events.

How do the participating CVB’s set budgets, pool buying power for advertising and make decisions on allocation of the budget? What have been their successes or flops, if any? What joint promotions have been set for 2008 and beyond?
