BethAnn Elms
I’ve been for the last couple years enjoying two Bluegrass Festivals not mentioned anywhere in your links that I’ve found so far. One is at Prospect up near Crater Lake, I think in July, and the other is later in the year at Lake Selmac. Both are one-day events with seating on the grass (bring your own cooler and lawn chair) with a fee, but I’ve found both to be very pleasing.
