Wit h all the emphasis on snow, are there summer activities for a family of 10, ages 77 - 10? We plan a family vacation every two years and are considering this destination.
Thank you,
Marcia Z

We just got back from a wonderful weekend tasting wine in the McMinnville area. We stayed at Youngberg Hill for 2 nights with another couple. The owner Nicolete set up tastings for us at Panther Creek, Maysara, Yamhill Valley the first day. While we had done wine tastings in other areas before none compared to the personal one on one with the owners and winemaker experience we had at these different wineries. While all were great locations and wines the biggest surprise was Youngberg Hill. While the Inn was beautiful we didn’t expect the quality and depth of their wine or winemaking. We also were grateful for how supportive they were to all our requests and knowledge of other wineries in the area. We stayed for a special two night deal where the second night was free. A lot of savings for a great deal and a wonderful time. A great find and one to know about. Dinner at Bistro Maison was very good and lunch at the Fresh Palate to explore the Lawrence gallery was worth the time.
