Oregon's Snowpack Grows...More is Coming!
December 21, 2007
If you haven't hit the slopes this season yet, this might be the perfect week to start! Today's Oregonian has an interesting story about how Oregon's snowpack has doubled just over the past week. It's estimated that "16 inches of snow fell" on Mount Hood "between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m Thursday." Mt. Bachelor also saw 18 inches fall from 3 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday.
